1. General Information

This is a private hobby online store for the sale of trading cards and collectible items, mainly Topps F1 cards.

 

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Condition

All cards and items are carefully checked before shipping.

 

• Items are described to the best of our knowledge.
• If a card has visible defects, scratches, whitening, wear, or other imperfections, these will be clearly mentioned in the description and shown in photos whenever possible.
• Product photos are considered part of the item description.

3. No Returns / No Warranty

Due to the nature of collectible items:

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
• Purchases are made at the buyer’s own responsibility.
• Please review all descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

 

No warranty or guarantee is provided on used collectible items.

4. Shipping

Switzerland

• Shipping via A-Post
• Shipping cost: 3 CHF
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

• Shipping cost: 12.50 CHF
• All international orders include a tracking number
• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days depending on the destination country

5. Shipping Restrictions

 

Currently, we do not ship to the United States due to current shipping and import regulations.

6. Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

These charges:

• are not included in the item price or shipping costs,
• and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

7. Liability

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for:

• lost packages,
• shipping delays,
• customs delays,
• or damages caused during transport.
